Software as a Service
- Unify Integrations started by realizing that there were opportunities in providing a subscription service to address a specific need when a casino-hotel implements Duetto for room rates and Infor's HMS. This initial SaaS offering requires no connectivity with the properties infrastructure, eliminating on-prem security concerns and enabling rapid implementation. Our SaaS offerings offer cloud to cloud interaction with many systems. Our current SaaS offerings include:
- Rate Restriction processing - required to handle comp rate restrictions in a Duetto-HMS configuration
- Player API - provides player tier and ADW information to multiple consumers for a property. We handle different ratings across multiple properties as well as "combined play" where we can calculate tier and ADW for multiple players, such as a husband and wife, resulting in a higher combined ADW and better offers.
- Reservation API - We consume Infor HMS reservation data in real time and expose multiple API endpoints. Consumers can validate reservation state such as checked-in and allow use this to control business logic. For example, a F&B kiosk can allow room charges only if the guest is currently checked-in. With this knowledge, the kiosk can allow room charges
